Wooden Garden House With 3 Rooms RITA 70 | 25m2 | 4 x 7m

Does a garden house need to serve more than just one purpose? Or perhaps you are looking for a small house to use as a garden annex? Then Rita 70 is the perfect choice for you! This versatility is made possible by a 3-room layout with one large and 2 smaller rooms. Over 20 m2 room in 3 separate rooms make it perfect for a private annex, but it could also be used as a garden room with a small home office attached to it.

These garden rooms fit nearly everywhere. Its modest yet modern styling does not have many special features, but large terrace doors let in plenty of daylight. A simple flat roof functions just as well as any gable roof, and classical cross-corner joints provide structural integrity to the cabin.

The product comes in a flat pack with everything included for a trouble-free installation process. The product itself can be installed on a number of different foundations, but the best option, if possible, would be a concrete pad foundation.

Rita 70 can be installed with our installation manual and some prior experience in wooden house installation or construction, but we advise using our qualified installation service.
