Simple Modern Garden Room YORK 44 | 12m2 | 3.3 x 4.3m

The York 44’s lounge has modern styling which is perfect for a simple home office at the bottom of the garden or as a beautiful place to dine with friends.

To make your garden house enjoyable, cosy, and compact for everyone, it has extra high sidewalls for more room height. The house, therefore, offers more storage space and is particularly suitable for taller people. The decking is made from impregnated, high-quality pine wood, which is hard-wearing, weather and rot-resistant, and environmentally-friendly.

The high-quality metal door threshold is installed almost flush with the floor and offers optimum entry into the garden shed without posing a trip hazard.
