If you are tired of looking at standard garden rooms and would like to have something special with a WOW factor, Roxana 44 is the garden house to buy. This trendy garden lounge with a veranda comes with strong 44 mm walls and double glazed windows. Roxana 44 is also widely used as a garden office, family retreat, guest house or hobby room!
Roxana 44 is an excellent fit for every British garden! It has an open floor plan and enough space to spend time with loved ones or enjoy summer on the veranda.
The installation is easy and fast! The cabin’s standard kit includes double glazed doors and windows, 44mm wall planks, strengthening metal rods for inserting into walls, floor and roof boards, and fixings. The foundation wood, which has already been treated at the factory, gives the kit a secure base and guarantees optimal protection against rising damp and waterlogging. Solid wood flooring consists of 18 mm tongue and groove boards. For an excellent finish, we also supply the matching skirting boards for every floor.
