Contemporary Wooden Cabin MELANY 70 | 24m2 | 6.1 x 6.1m

Melany 70 has bold modern styling. With windows in every wall of the cabin, it’s perfect for a home office that captures the maximum amount of natural light. It also makes it an attractive option for a home-based arts and crafts studio or a garden room that can be opened up to the garden.

This variation of the cabin has 70 mm timber log walls, making it lighter and more compact, which is better suited for warm periods. With additional insulation for the floor and the roof of the cabin it can also withstand colder temperatures while keeping the indoor climate healthy and cosy.

The structure itself is carefully manufactured in our North European factories, using CE-certified materials and following ISO9001 quality management standards. This helps us guarantee that your timber cabin has high quality, but is also delivered on time.

The perfect foundation for this building would be an insulated concrete slab foundation, but depending on your budget and the type of soil it can also be mounted on a treated timber post-foundation. For foundation options please make sure to contact us – we’ll find the perfect solution!
